Ordered a Mothers Day peony bouquet for my mother - only 2 of the buds bloomed, the others turned brown and wilted. Contacted US and have had no reply. Never again.....

Flowers arrived a day late (missed a birthday). They were close to dead. Very disappointing for such an expensive experience

I have received 2 arrangements this past month and have been blown away by the flowers. The bouquets are modern and full of flowers not greens. Both times arrangements were fresh and lasted almost 2 weeks.

Flowers arrived late, and so we weren’t available to grab them right away which mean’t they were sat in the sun for a while. Urbanstems claim that the issue was with FedEx, but if I’m paying extra to have the flowers arrive on a Saturday it would be good for them to arrive on a Saturday, and not the following Monday. Next time I think I’ll shop somewhere that sources locally and doesn’t mail flowers through FedEx. Giving 3 stars because customer service was excellent, and very helpful - even giving us a credit for the late flowers (though I’d prefer they weren’t late at all!)

I always use Urban Stems for all my flower delivery needs and I can usually count on them for beautiful arrangements anywhere I want to send them. The reason I fell in love with their quality and arrangements was a friend sent me a bouquet this year from US and those flowers refused to die and the arrangement was stunning. Sadly, the arrangements I sent to my mother and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day weren’t as impressive. Both arrangements looked skimpy, nothing like the photos. One was filled in with a lot of green filler leaves that looked out of place and like they were added to stretch the inventory of flowers US had on hand to use for orders. My mother-in-law’s roses also died the day she received her arrangement. I do love this company and hope for its success because they do make it so easy to order arrangements, normally do beautiful work, the site is easy to use (although a search button would be helpful), and the prices are fair. My guess is that they got overwhelmed with Mother’s Day orders. However, that does not mean that moms out there should have gotten subpar arrangements. My hope is US can scale with what seems to be tremendous growth snd will continue to deliver quality products.
