Urbanara Tracking Order Status

I placed an order with URBANARA over two months ago and can confirm this company is an absolute SCAM. I have emailed them daily, they have stopped responding. URBANARA places the blame on some company called LUMALAND which also is unresponsive. After weeks of hounding them with emails the best answer I got was to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. I'm still out over $400 with no product. Keep in mind I made this purchase on URBANARA.COM and on my billing statement it clearly states that URBANARA took my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and ghost you. A straight up and down scam. The only way I was able to get their attention after several weeks was by commenting on their social media pages, my comments were removed and I was blocked. An absolute pathetic excuse for a company. the absolute worse online purchase experience I have ever had in my life. You would think when you pay for a premium product you wouldn't have to deal with this. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Die Qualität der wunderbaren Leinen-Perkal-Wendebettwäsche, die ich bestellte, ist absolut überzeugend. Das Leinen ist angenhem kühlend auf der Haut und sieht edel aus. Ich würde gern mehr bestellen, aber die hohen Preise sind eine Hürde. So muss ich auf Rabattaktionen warten.

Habe 2 Teppiche zur Auswahl bestellt. Einer ging zurück. Die Rückerstattung erfolgte problemlos. Hauptkriterium bei einem Teppich ist für mich inzwischen - stinkt das Teil - ja oder nein? Die meisten (oder fast alle) Teppiche, die man bei diversen Anbietern bestellen kann, haben einen stechenden, schimmelartigen Geruch an sich, der sich im ganzen Haus verbreitet und auch mit der Zeit nicht weggeht. Die Einzige Firma, bei deren Teppiche das tatsächlich nicht der Fall ist, ist URBANARA. Top. Immer wieder. Bin sehr zufrieden. Habe schon mehrere Teppiche von Euch.
