They lie about their shipping time. Their customer service is absolutely terrible

TERRIBLE quality products. Fall apart immediately and/or NOTHING like the pictured images. DO NOT BUY oh yeah and absolute refusal to give refunds

This is a total scam operation. They DO NOT accept returns. Don't bother ordering from them. I purchased a pair of shoes from them (never again!) and tried one of the shoes on to see if they fit. They didn't. I needed 1 size larger. So I packed them up and mailed them back. They are claiming that the shoes are black and they can't resell them. Therefore, they won't refund or give a store credit. Absolute scam! I asked to speak to a manager. Go figure, the person I was speaking to was the manager. Unreal! He left a message accusing me of wearing these shoes out. I mean, what?! I barely got my foot into one of them, the other shoe I never even tried on. Below are sites affiliated with this company.
