I'm glad that I didn't make my decision based on some of the reviews posted here. While I do feel the ordering process is a bit complex given all the options, I ordered my desk and it was delivered in less than a week. It took a little while to assemble it but I am very happy with the result. I also ordered the bamboo desk drawer and now I love my new desk. I can sit or stand and this is definitely an improvement over sitting all the time. The desk itself is well constructed, smooth in operation and once I organized the cabling, it looks so clean. I love it.

I bought the desk in the second half of 2022. The delivery was fast and the assembly was intuitive. The frame is solid. Unfortunately, that's where the positives stop. The attached cable management solution is decent, but the glue is so weak that it peels off after a few days. The control panel cannot be firmly attached and moves a lot. It could be due to too shallow drill hole in the desktop bottom. A downside is that the power unit only accepts US voltage, whereas competition can be plugged into both US and non-US sockets. I picked the dark bamboo desktop, so I paid a premium for this feature, and there are two major issues with the desktop: 1) The desktop is extremely easy to dent, any monitor clamp is likely to leave a permanent mark. 2) The desktop started cracking for no reason. The above two are unacceptable but I got no response from customer support. If anyone is interested in this product I recommend staying away from choosing their desktops, you are better off finding your own piece of wood to attach a standing desk frame.

UPDATE: Uplift Desk is sending a replacement product. Giving them one more star for the replacement, and will wait and see the condition of the new item before giving additional stars. I ordered a dual monitor arm from Uplift for the office. I paid my Handyman $75 per hour to meet me at my office to install it. Upon opening the box, we immediately noticed cracks, chips and scratches. We also noted that the assembly was so crooked, that even IF I wanted to keep it, the entire structure would be off-balance. I immediately contacted Uplift and sent an email stating the urgency (company-wide move) for having this resolved. Not only has Uplift Desk not respond to the proactive email, but they have further ghosted me after reaching out to them via online chat. The lack of customer service is not at all what I expected, especially since I have used them exclusively in the past at other companies. Something has definitely changed.

Uplift Desk has been fantastic. I had a problem where my desk was damaged in shipping. Customer service was very quick to address the issue and I couldn't be more pleased. Service was very personable and the customer service agent worked with me all the way through following and checking in along the way. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered V2 sit/stand desk and a bunch of accessories- everything was shipped on the same day. Received everything 3 days later except table top (that took 6 days). When I placed the order expected shipping time was 7-10 business days... I ordered the Acacia Butcher block upgrade & it is beautiful and better than I expected it would be. Moves up and down quickly, easily, and quietly. Completely worth the investment! Highly recommend for anyone who is working remotely at home. I also recommend the Motion-X board and Motion stool. Bonus: my cat loves sleeping in the free under desk hammock I got!
