The products are ok. Just ok. Nothing like how they are marketing or making us perceive them to be. They are removing any negative or disagreeing comments from their social media. So we are just washed with positive only which I feel really manipulated me into buying the product. The eye cream doesn’t “help dark circles” the peptide serum is just ok. The moisturiser is terrible and the cleansing balm is waxy and horrible texture/residue left behind. Don’t trust the comments or reviews they are removing anything that is slightly negative only “amazing” is making the cut! Also the whole “purging just keep trying” is a load of rubbish to sell more too I’ve been using for over 2 months now and I’ve got full spotty skin compared to before!

I've been using Upcircle products for around 6 to 7 weeks, I feel you have to give new products a chance to work before reviewing them. I've used the eye cream, face moisturiser, face oil and face scrub. Firstly they all smell divine, I love the ethos of the glass reusable/recyclable packaging and in general the products are good and of good quality. The moisturiser and oil do leave my skin feeling smoother and more hydrated, they don't seem to have irritated my rosacea so far. The face scrub is quite harsh but does exfoliate well, a little drying but follow with the moisturiser/oil, it's ok. The eye cream .... I'm yet to be amazed by my dark under eye area completely vanishing. I don't think it ever will. It seems less viable some days and the skin is brighter but in no way is this a miracle cream! I'm disappointed with the packaging, no bubble wrap to stop the boxes (with glass containers) wrattling around in the box. Also disappointed with the first time i used the return refill scheme: 2 of the items were returned back empty!!! Customer service did send replacements but I felt begrudgingly as they said "in this instance" we will honour the missing items.... like i was fibbing, even though I sent a picture as proof. Overall.... lovely smelling, good quality products that do a good job at keeping my skin happy. But I wouldn't say I was totally amazed by them considering how much they cost. Will continue using them, not sure the eye cream will become a regular purchase though.

Amazing produce, love it and knowing it’s playing a party in the environment is even better. The coffee scrub took my breathe away when I first used it but now I can’t be without it. Thank you so much , can’t wait till you have a refill depot in Ireland♥️♥️♥️♥️
