Uoozee Tracking Order Status

Commande passée il y a deux mois délai long mais service client réactif à mes demandes. Colis reçu aujourd'hui la robe est magnifique mais elle est immense j ai pris du L et je pense que même le S aurait fait l affaire.

I ordered four items. The clothes were beautiful and of good quality. They did take over a month to arrive and they were WAAAY too small (even though the labels had the size I needed). I really wish they fit because they were all so cute! Customer service via email responded within 24hrs and was VERY helpful in negotiating a refund. It was not a full refund but I was able to gift the clothes to my young cousin and get a small cash refund. Didn't make sense to send everything back and hope to get a refund in 6-8 months. They don't do exchanges. If you're going to order do so based on the measurements not the traditional sizes. Its a risk at best. Shame. They could make so much money if they sent the right sizes and expedited shipment. Again, the clothes were beautiful.

I ordered 3 designer shirts from Uoozee and love them! They were true to my size M and fit perfectly. The materials for each top were soft and comfortable. When I wasn’t sure when the items would arrive, I reached out to the customer service & got a prompt response. My lovely clothes arrived on the date they posted. Great experience!

Shipping was very fast and customer service was extremely helpful. Dress fits true to size. Color of dress is exactly as pictured.

My order didn’t work for me so I contacted customer service through email and they were quick to respond.
