UNIQLO Tracking Order Status

1 star just because they charge you £2.95 when you return something and don't allow you to return online orders in-store.

Just opened an account with a promised £10 off first order. Used the code to be told it wasn't valid for the item I wanted to buy. Feel cheated. Not the sort of company I want to do business with but can't find a way of closing my account.

I returned 12 items with their courier. Only 2 were refunded, and customer service has shut down all attempts to understand what has happened. They seem to have lost 10 items and will not refund them.

Been two weeks returned my item with email confirmation, no credit on my credit card. Customer support is non exsistent
