A brilliant company that creates incredible mobile devices for a business need. The Titan has been my daily phone for 4 years now and I totally love it! Fantastic battery life, robust, superb keyboard, fast and precise! Best phone ever!

I bought a Unihertz Tank 2 - 8849 phone. They call it a rugged phone, but after a few drops the screen broke. I don't know what to do. I am in Turkey and the screen is very rare and very expensive where I am.

The Jelly 2 replacement battery took quite a while to be delivered, but ultimately arrived and works fine after the not-so-quick installation procedure. And while it is good that Unihertz provides tutorial videos on how to install the battery, they "forgot" (or cut out) the part where the actual battery connection needs to be detached and later attached again.

Canceled my first order before shipping and got my money back instantly, perfect. Then made a new order, and it was shipped very quickly. Perfect experience
