Under Armour NL Tracking Order Status

The store itself is quite nice, and service is okay. But then they use UPS to ship, which is a horrible experience. I was not at home when the package was delivered, because I have a job. I expected them to deliver with my neighbors. That did not happen. No way to influence that. Next the package was sent to a collection point. Not the one nearest to me but in a different city. And many of UPS's collection points are only open during business hours on weekdays. Which is useless if you have a job. So Under Armour could increase their customer experience significantly by using a better shipping party. PostNL would be so much better! It is more expensive, but as a customer I am more than willing to pay for that.

Schoenen gekocht in de aanbieding. Ik heb netjes het advies op de site gevolgd en mijn voeten opgemeten. Daarbij kwam ik op de maat die ik altijd heb, dus de schoenen zouden goed (ruim zelfs) moeten passen. Helaas... na levering waren ze te klein. Ruilen doen ze niet aan. Retourneren kan, maar dezelfde schoenen een maat groter bestellen niet voor dezelfde prijs, want de 'actie is ondertussen voorbij' (retour op zelfde dag als levering). Ik betwijfel of ze daarmee in hun recht staan.

Niet mogelijk om een minuut na het bestellen de bestelling te cancelen (vanwege een fout in de bestelling). Moet wachten totdat de bestelling binnen is en het vervolgens weer retour zenden. Super irritant, koop voortaan wel van een ander merk.

Want to cancel my order (asked to cancel within minutes realising I had selected wrong item), the item has not even been sent by the company yet, still in processing has been for days (took days to even get a response) and may be for days more, who knows. But to cancel my order I have to wait for it to be sent first, then delivered so I can then return it, time for the return and then wait 14 days after that for refund. Seems like a waste of mine and their time. Maybe without my money for several weeks minimum and judging by their slow response on support longer.
