UltraSignup Tracking Order Status

Ultrasignup does not allow a user to protect their personal information like location and age. This should be part of the users account settings. In addition, there's a lot of race results which are scraped from other websites which did not use ultrasignup as their registration platform. Sometimes this information is incorrect or missing details. And unfortunately the athlete is instructed to go to the race director to get it corrected. This is a bad user experience. And while it's important to keep the integrity of a race result, the fact that people are instructed to do all the foot work of a failed scraping is pretty poor.
