Ultra Sabers Tracking Order Status

i just recently ordered with ultrasabers for the second time and spent over $2000 between 2 different orders. the first time i ordered from them was around the time the kenobi series came out (june 2022). I received my stunt sabers promptly with no issues. with my second orders i had a change of heart about a $350 bundle that was already in processing and wanted to switch for other custom sabers equaling the same value. the website chat system was extremely helpful with getting me in contact with a rep by email and answering my MANY MANY questions. once in contact with brent through email we spoke back and forth a few times and within 24 hours of making new choices he was able to walk me through the process to switch the items and they began fabricating. bad reviews i often see seem to around the time of pandemic and parts shortages. everyone i talked to at this company was nothing but pleasant quick and friendly. a great team, with great products at a fair price. 10/10 recommend in 2023

I spent $572 on an obsidian saber.. just for the obsidian launchers not to work with the saber, that and the battery and the charger it came with sucked. The battery caught fire and almost exploded when I put it in the charger, the blade constantly flickers a bunch of colours when I don't want it to. I wish I went to this site first. I can't even get a refund cause it'll be in store credits, I don't want to use this place at all anymore.

Disclaimer: My experience can be different from yours. This review is based on experience in 2017. Summary: I bought from Ultra Sabers nearly five years ago. I do not know if things have changed, but my experience with Ultra Sabers was positive. Firstly, I bought one mystery saber and another based on Star Killer (Stalker) saber. They were at an affordable price and the blades are battle-ready. The product is a great entry point for lightsaber collectors and/or duelists. I recommend the company to people interested in entering this hobby. Product Review: These products are good for the price. The LEDs are substantially stronger compared to the ones in the Black Series (Disney) sabers, although it is much duller compared to the high-end Neo-Pixel sabers. The blades are very durable, especially the thickest one (although the light will be duller). The hilt itself has a simplistic design and is generally quite big. Compared to the Black Series sabers again, they are about the same size, if not bigger. The quality of design and material is noticeable worse compared to the Black Series products. However, since Black Series is not built for dueling (as it has built-in LEDs in the blade), this is a good option, especially for those with larger hands. Also, the product has some limitations, as some hilts such as the one I ordered are not allowed/ recommended for duels as it has sharp prongs (which should be noted before ordering). Moreover, the battery pack sometimes is stuck within the blade and there are some design issues. Communication: I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the customer service, especially via the chat function. I received periodic update mails, and I received the product quickly. Overall, I believe that the company is good to deal with, although their products are catered more to casual/new members of the lightsaber community.

Excellent sabers! Just got my first one from them and it is of very good quality. Had some problems with payment method, but their customer service was fast and helpful in their responses.

Got 3 sabers, all of which came within a week and were built with great quality. Instructions were easy to figure out for emerald sound board. Would highly recommend. Initiate would be a great saber for any youngling.
