ULTA Tracking Order Status

I went to the Ulta Beauty a few days ago in Menomonee Falls, WI and Stephanie helped me out so much! If you ever need help go to the one in the falls and ask for her!

I had a wonderful experience at the Ulta in Mahwah, NJ. The Esthetician Sierra was awesome!!! She recommended Dermalogica products, and a facial. Oh my goodness my face looks great. No longer dull and dry. I look youthful. I have received so many compliments from strangers, co-workers and my spouse. that my skin looks beautiful. If anyone is looking for a good esthetician go to Mahway ask for Sierra. The experience will be great.

Well it’s a short story I went to an Ulta in Renton, WA and got a terrible hair cut, made an appt at the store in Federal Way, WA to have it corrected, Liz did an amazing job, I was very happy…..but a very simple haircut cost me $142.00 between the two, ouch!

I went to the ulta in MWC, OK and the brow stylist melissa went aboveand beyond to help me find what I needed. Thank you for the amazing service.

The app and the website was frustrating to use. I was offered two free gifts for two separate items purchased. There was also a deal for 5x the rewards if I ordered online and did a pick up in store. In my bag(cart) everything was fine until I changed it from Delivery to Pick Up. It stated that the free gifts were not available at the store I chose to pick up at. I chatted with the help chat, hoping someone could help me find a solution. I know it’s not the staff’s fault that the free gifts were not available at the store I was trying to pick up at. I tried checking 3-5 more Ultas that are near me and some didn’t have all the items in my bag, while the rest didn’t have the free gifts. My only options were to choose between Delivery - I’d get the free gifts but not the 5x points - or Pick Up - I’d get the 5x points but forfeit the free gifts. It was annoying that I had to choose between the two because I felt like I spent quite a big sum of money and was not getting all that I could possibly get for it. In addition, the reason why I said the website and app are both frustrating to use is that when I tried to change the location, it was very glitchy and not easy to get that side bar to change the location of the store. In my opinion, the products offered and the service provided by ULTA is good and good value. However, the lack of user-friendly, smooth app/website experience makes it very frustrating to deal with. If you want to offer incentives and rewards for your shoppers, make sure you can follow through.
