Ulla Popken Tracking Order Status

I love the new sweater and bra I purchased. The bra seems good quality and fits well. The blue is pretty but I wish it came in other colors. (Also I could do without the bow, but I guess I can remove it.) The sweater is very comfy - just the warm, fun item I was looking for. I have ordered several times from Ulla Popken, particularly trousers, and have kept everything. (Two pair of the Short size jeans I ordered still had to be shortened. I am 5’3” but still, Short usually works for me.) Also, a jacket I was interested in was in the catalog but not to be found on the website. I guess by the time the catalog got to me it was sold out. Since I get your emails, too, I could do without the paper catalog - save the trees! But overall I love your items and will certainly order again in the future.

The quality of the shirts I purchased has decreased. The size was MUCH larger than the same shirts I've purchased before. Also, no English version of material and difficult to find the washing instructions on the label (mixed in the same sentence as a foreign language). I did wash and dry the shirts to have them fit better.

I have been shopping online with Ulla Popken for years. I find the clothing to be high quality and honestly described. Shipping is quite fast and returns/refunds handled promptly. Recommend.

Swimsuit was true to size. Shipping reasonable and it arrived on time.
