Ulanzi Tracking Order Status

I purchased the F38 and the F22 systems, both of which are fantastic: durable, easy to use, very strong, and safe. Most importantly, there is no play. The locks are built in a way that the connection adjusts itself and ends up without any play, unlike other products on the market. The assortment of F22 parts is extensive, and there is a solution for most, if not all, needs. Furthermore, the customer service responds very quickly, and problems can be resolved through a quick email conversation within an hour or so.

The carrier never delivered my package, but customer service was very quick to resolve the issue and send me my order with a different carrier. In addition to excellent products, Ulanzi has responsive, fast, and efficient customer service. I highly recommend them!!!

I bought the Ulanzi TT09 VideoGo carbon fiber travel tripod F38 system and (honestly) I've been excited since unpacking it! It feels very high quality and is easy to use! Good work ULANZI. Later on, I had a quick question for customer support (nothing serious; it was just about the invoice). My concern was resolved incredibly quickly and completely satisfactorily - thank you very much.

Ordered the Ulanzi Zero Y but unfortunately the carrier lost the parcel. Customer support team was super helpful in sending out another parcel and got the tripod just in time for my trip! Also very happy with the overall quality of the tripod itself, very stable and easy to take along on outdoors adventures.

What an awesome product this is! Smart, capable, WIFI, MQTT and wiuth a big battery! And the pixels are very beautiful, colorful, bright. I use it for calendar reminders like the trash bins, meetings, etc, and also show the energy consumption of my house, show the spotify now playing song, weather of course and also some reminders if we forget to close the main door. And the price is very reasonable. I will buy several more of these to put around my house! Overall i am just amazed with it and i highly recommend it.
