UKMEDI Tracking Order Status

Items easy to order. Prices are very reasonable for the items I ordered. I contacted them to see when I would receive my order as it was ordered over the festive period. Email was answered within an hour of being sent. Item received the next day. Can't fault UKMedi for prices , website , delivery or customer service.

I had a mixed experience with UKMEDI. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. However, the pricing seemed misleading as I received fewer syringes than expected, which was disappointing. Additionally, the delivery service used was unreliable, which may cause issues if you need items urgently. Customer support could be improved as well. Overall, a decent service with room for improvement. 3 stars.

Second time used this company second time order was wrong ...give up ....ordered 1 box of green needles and 1 box of blue ..what I got was 2 boxes of green needles and 6 separate blue needles in the bottom of the box it all came in ...yes they are cheaper than most but at least the orders are correct...

The delivery was fine, searching for small amounts of what I needed was a bit more problematic but thanks to a link from the vets I managed to find everything, in less than 100s. The money off offer could have arrived earlier than after my order had been placed, otherwise everything was ok

A very prompt service and a good product ( syringes). Given that I intend only to use them for agricultural purposes ( topical application of herbicide) I anticipate they will last me a long time!
