U-Haul Tracking Order Status

Rented the trailer from Dunmore which was great. Agent told me to drop off in Swift Current prior and it indicated Swift Current on the app. What the company forgot to tell me was that uhaul location in Swift Current had just closed. 5 agents later (transferred from one department to the next) I finally found someone that could help me by adding the Swift Current location to the app so that I could return the trailer. U-Haul is a departmentalized company that is poorly equipped to deal with customer concerns. Ended up being overcharged for the trailer, but just left it at that as I would have had to be transferred to another department to dispute the charge. Avoid this company !

I cant complain. Truck was OK and service a breeze. Price could be lower.

Great experience. Mich better than expected. The staff was attentive, helpful and made the experience of renting a truck for 24 hours a joy. David was a real star, really impressed me and Roy and Anaya all really went above and beyond. If I need another truck rental I will be going back to U-Haul and hope David and the gang are there.

I can't get on their website for the past few weeks!!!!! My worldly possessions are in their care. Thought they were a well-known reputable company??? Help!!!!
