Just got an autograph poster framed and the quality is second to none

I have just purchased a collectible for my son for a special birthday. I ordered the wrong item, so called them first thing the next day to explain and they happily amended my order and dispatched the same day, it arrived in perfect condition within 24 hours. I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.

The website is layed out great but deffo not perfect seems there is a lot of issues with it taking payment for items they don’t have or oversold which needs to be resolved as some are 1/1 so how can you oversell. The items quality when you get them is outstanding had a round card ( best thing ever) couple of acrylics and a stool currently 3 months and still not received. Amazing that’s it’s the official ufc site as you know it’s real. Maybe work on how you’re advising because I have been told next week for months. The customer service team ability to fix something is great my frame arrived all scratched and they replaced it no issues. Have been great with resolving any other issue. I don’t understand why they changed the gloves frames the cube is amazing and I won’t buy one till that’s back as an option! All round the pros weigh out the cons but deffo needs to look at the system availablity as this can cause a lot of issues.

I ordered my belt at the beginning of dezember (04.12) with a dispach of 6 weeks. I can not understand why it takes so long and i got my belt now after 3 months!!!
