The newest skateboards are so much fun that I change them to a different pattern every day. My friend thinks I bought multiple skateboards. The customer service is also very patient and helped me with many questions.

For the price of it, the batteries don't last nearly as long as led to believe, so definitely be sure to purchase a 2nd or even 3rd battery. Also doesn't go as fast as advertised, but it definitely fast enough. FYI, i weigh 170 lbs...... Don't get me wrong, It's HELLA fun to roll!!!

I have zero complaints, she really did a great job to help me, and i love the skateboard, then an issue happened on July 7th and sent you an email,5 days later, I received a replacement tracking number. Now i have the package with my replacement wheels. Thank you.

One of the motor wheels stopped working completely. I've had the electric skateboard for a year and usually ride it in the neighborhood. After a year, the board doesn't work anymore. The battery is fully charged, but suddenly one motor won't spin. I reached out to customer service via email and attached a video as they requested. The board was fun, but it's no longer enjoyable now. They should improve the quality of the board. However, I have to say, the S3 is a good beginner board for its price. Just be aware that it will probably only last a year or two at most(IMO), I have to send it back to repair the motor, and of course, it's not free because the warranty expired.

Big YES for their customer service. I encountered an issue after riding it in light rain and forgot to clean and dry it. The next day, it wouldn't power on. I tried changing the battery, using a different charging port, and repairing it myself, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service, and they helped me fix the issue by sending it to their New York repair center. What I've learned is to keep it away from mud and water. Since it's an electric stuff, don't trust any waterproof claims or advertisements.
