Uber Tracking Order Status

En los ultimos viajes que he realizado, no me han llegado las facturas y en la opción ayuda no hay donde pedir ayuda para tramitar la factura.

We came back from a cruise and Merton was our driver. He found us quickly and we had a pleasant trip home!

The auto drivers always cancel on asking the destination. Uber is never there when required the most! As good as asking a local driver nearby! Worst experience

They are alway on time. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because this is the fourth time I get missing items. The driver needs to check that he gets everything on the receipt before leaving the store , and to check that he droppes everything at the customer's location before leaving. Once was tabouli salad missing , other time was a sandwich, third time was ice coffee and this time I got really frustrated because four drinks that we were supposed to enjoy while eating our meals.

La experiencia con el conductor fue mala por k fue muy prepotente conmigo al indicar la cantidad de pasajeros a lo k le dije k no se excedía pero el me dijo k no podían ir enfrente del auto con el y me dijo k cancelara el viaje y le dije k el inconveniente era de el, entonces k lo cancelara el.y se arrancó velozmente.Lo bueno fue k al aclararlo en la plataforma me atendieron rápido y me borraron el gasto de cancelación. Para mí es una muy buena plataforma con buen servicio
