TXU Energy Tracking Order Status

This TXU electricity company is robbery. After I signed up for electric power for my home, my first bill was $663.09. I called the bad customer service at TXU energy, but no help. I called back and cancelled the service on June 24 then July I hit with bill for 19 days usage for $685.56. Thank you TXU,

Shady energy company will not honor night and week credit. I was signed for electric power and the were night and weekend free power. After a month use the TXU energy, the company charged full amount electricity used. It will not honor the night and weekend as it promised on TV advised. Sad energy company.
