TV Shop NZ Tracking Order Status

I have purchased a Invictus X7 vacuum and the vacuum works fine but the wet vac that I had received only worked once and has not been able to do any thing but wet the carpet. I have made 16 payments and sent 3 email with the non performance video of the wet vac to their customer support email. I keep getting calls when my payments are declined and I always explain to them that I have this problem and I am not concerned with the payment as they are not concerned with taking any action except to interrogate me when I mention the wet vac not performing. They are so frustrating. I even have been paying for an extented warranty. Still only pressure to pay off my balance for the junk they are selling. I even inquired about a exchange upgrade to the new product that has followed the model 7 and I would pay the difference and the answer was NO. Ref #1184076
