Top customer service from turtle beach, couldn't do enough to help with my headset not connecting to the transmitter. The sound is amazing too. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate buying from here again.

I thought Roy was very helpful in trying to diagnose my headset issues. When nothing worked he got one sent out quick.

Second time ive had to use the warranty. Both times were effortless and ended up with a working pair back on my head.

When I noticed that one of my buttons (H2-Up) was not working on my Velocity One Flight, I contacted Turtle Beach, who responded the next day and walked me through a couple steps to verify that the problem was with the V1F button and not an issue within MSFS 2020. Once that was done, they immediately provided me an RMA and shipping label to return the product for replacement. The process was effortless, timely and professionally handled by the T/B representative. Kudos to T/B for their outstanding Customer Service.
