TurboTax Tracking Order Status

The service is ok. But they keep tricking you to pay for extra services you don't need. They made me pay for something I did not need. When I tried to contact them, it was literally impossible because I don't have a US phone number anymore. There are no other ways to contact them.

Intuit / TurboTax automated voice system horrible, then 20 questions after it finally "understood" why we were calling (our reason was not provided as an option). When we couldn't give it pat answers, it repeated the round of questions again anyway then wanted to text us a useless link as its "solution". After 10 minutes of this, it finally said "specialists were not available". Basically, our state tax return electronic filing was not sent to our state, although the associated tax amount was taken from our bank account. Now we have the state asking for this return and attachments four years later. When we called the state, they mentioned this situation is not uncommon with TurboTax. Yet we paid Intuit for this low level of "service".

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I am usually satisfied. I filed a 1099 this year and was surprised to see the fees attached for this service. I could have used a totally free tax filing provider. Especially in these hard times. Next year I will use a different company.

they used to be really good, last year i didn’t get my refund until almost september. the only negative experience i’ve ever had with them. their customer service has always been a joke but the product is solid. still would recommend a dyslexic monkey do your taxes rather than get help from one of their ‘experts’ been 12 years and no audit yet though! doing something right

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. Last year there were mistakes on my return and it's very difficult to actually speak to a live human. I believe Turbo Tax is not worth the money. It's an average price of about $150.00. Next year I'm going to either do it myself or use a tax company which actually doesn't charge much more than Turbo Tax.
