Turbopass Tracking Order Status

Easy to order, very clear what was included.

I booked this pass over a month ago and there were plenty of time slots for colosseum to choose from for the day I desired, I emailed the customer support a few days after I booked the Turbopass to request the morning time slots again, but got response back that they are not able to. My travel dates is finally within a week, I got email from Turbopass that morning slots is no longer available, but only 5:30pm or a different day. It messed up my trip plan, I was going to be in a different city by 5:30pm.

It looks like with a turbopass you don’t needs a separate tickets but sometimes you to swap 3 times before you have your actual ticket. I won’t recommend a turbo pass
