Treats Tracking Order Status

My company gave these as gifts for us for an entire year. Very quickly they earned the the name "PeanutButter Box" from the pet store commercial as everyone got very excited for their arrival. Our internal chats would start announcing "The peanut butter box is here!" when they came and everyone would pick their favorites and discuss on one of our internal meetings. It added something so fun to look forward to every month.

Got my Columbia box and some items were stale and expired. Contacted them and they are sending a different box. Great customer service

My son's package was misdelivered. Treat went ahead and resent another box. Thank you

I give them two stars at this time and will update my review once I receive the new box. The first box I received was not good. I felt taken advantage of ...but they said they will make it right and once I receive the new shipment I will update my review

This review is for the customer service I received. I haven't gotten my first box yet. I had a problem with the delivery and they went above and beyond to correct it. Looking forward to treats from many countries!
