No customer service

I loved that I got my first one as a gift. It’s beautifully packaged like Apple packages their products. It easy to install and schedule. I thought it was such a lovely gift It works perfectly and smells great. HOWEVER, I ordered a 2nd one. It has a little broken part. I searched for an hour to find a phone number, email address or a chat capability. Nothing. I feel extremely frustrated by this. Such a beautiful product with no customer service. Then I saw the reviews. I’m not alone. I still love the product. Amazon has it. I trust them.

shipping takes FOREVER

Shipping is NEVER 2-5 days as described. Commutation is very hard and there is no way to get a hold of an actual person. A couple of scents have been wonderful and the exchange process was easy when I didn’t like one. Though the shipping!!!! It’s a two week process!!

Although I do like the product itself

Although I do like the product itself, the app is garbage. Constantly freezes, barely ever loads, doesn't save changes...it's a nitemare. And, yes, I've deleted it and reinstalled. Problem is device won't run without scheduling it in app. May be sole reason Not to buy. .

Non-existent customer service & back orders.

The diffuser is nice & I love the scents, but customer service is non-existent & products are on back order. The site says the holidays were very busy for their employees and they are now giving them some time off. What does that mean? Did they shut down the company? I downloaded the app and I’ve gotten my diffuser to work. I ordered scent subscriptions online. I can’t link my account to the app. On the app it says I’ve never placed an order. I’m concerned I’m not getting the advertised point credits for my large order. Online chat support keeps sending me a verification code, but I don’t know what to do with that code. Not sure if I need to delete the app and start over or what.

Don’t waste your money on product you won’t get

It started out a strong company and loved the product. Now it has tanked. They charge you for scents that never get shipped and say they are working on fulfilling them. However it has been 2 months and nothing. They won’t credit you back either.
