Kanibi Tracking Order Status

UPDATE: Issue resolved. A month after order, in spite of lacking communication, my order did arrive. I made an oder and never received confirmation it was received. After a couple of weeks, plenty of time for item to have arrived, I received an email from Kanibi asking me to review the product. I responded that I had never received said item, nor order confirmation email, nor tracking. Yet I got this email and my account had been charged. After considerable delay I received a response with an order number attached wherein they claimed the product was returned to sender due to an ‘insufficient address’ and requested my shipping address again. I gave the benefit of the doubt and resent my info for another chance but requested tracking info and gave a deadline as to when I expected a resolve or I was filing a claim to get my money back. No response. It has now been a month since they took money from my account, no product, no further emails, no resolve. I will be filing a claim against Kanibi and will not be using them again. This experience has been atrocious!
