Quick and efficient in solving my problem

I booked the wrong dates (a month early). I emailed and everything was corrected within hours so I did not have to lose my money. Fabulous service.

The drop off experience was excellent, agent waiting for us at the drop off point after the phone call. The pick up experience was rubbish, took 5 attempts to get through and was told 15 mins for car, went outside with 2 small children to wait almost 35 mins in the cold at 1:30 in the morning, when we asked the question of how much longer we were told that we should have called before coming outside! Which we had done. No apology offered - 2 tired and freezing children. Just be realistic with the time frames!
