Truenutrition Tracking Order Status

I’ve been using the Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration unflavored protein for a couple months. In general, I hate protein shakes but I have to supplement to meet dietary needs. I prefer to use unflavored products and mix them with whatever flavors I want. A scoop (30g protein!!) dissolves completely clear in cold water. It does not feel bulky. I have even added a scoop to a muffin recipe and crepe recipe (it dries things out just a little so adjust recipe accordingly). My favorite way to get a 30g protein boost is to mix 1 scoop with about 1/4 C water or oat milk, dissolve completely, and add coffee. It’s like drinking a latte. A lot of the negative reviews involve poor service but I haven’t had reason to tap customer service.

I ordered with CranPlus pea/cranberry protein combo with Chai Latte stevia flavoring and a protein enzymes boot. The powder shipped quickly in a sturdy mylar bag. My powder is delicious - tastes just like a latte, mixes well with water, and is tolerated well. My only wish is that True would offer a cane sugar option as an alternative to stevia or sucralose. With that said, I appreciate being able to customize my powders, it makes all the difference.

I don't know how many years I've been ordering from True Nutrition, but it's been more than a decade. The product has been consistently high quality, and I've never had a negative experience with customer service, shipping, delivery, or consistency of product quality. A family member recommended True Nutrition, and I stayed not only because of all the things I mentioned above, but also because of the company ethos, third-party testing/quality control, and in-house manufacturing. The same passion that drove the co-founders to launch True Nutrition over twenty years ago is still present today. That's why I remain a loyal customer with True Nutrition.

Every other order has a problem. Just waited 9 days to get 8 containers (of powder that could've fit in 2) of the wrong product. Ordered French Vanilla, got Lemon Cake. It's not like those two are next to each other in a dropdown menu, or both start with F, they're not even close. Not at all surprised; obviously very tedious, manual, laborious, inefficient processes being used to fulfill orders. Order before the last one never shipped, had to hound them for a week and eventually just scrap it and start a new order. I don't know what's so difficult. Even their printed labels are blurry and faded, like they're using a printer from 2004 and it's always on its last few grains of toner. My $20 printer prints clearer labels on the same label stickers. It's a shame, too, could be an awesome company but they make it so friggin hard to want to buy from them.

This is a very high-quality product. I'm patience with the shipping times. The first time I ordered, it took two weeks, but the second time it came in three days. It depends on the shipping companies. I'm willing to wait for the amazing products. I love the way they let you customize your protein. I'm a female and I'm very concerned about what I put in my body. I use the Whey Protein hydrolyzed-ultra grade. It can be bitter, so I mix it in my smoothie for breakfast. I also use the egg white protein drink at night. I add the vitamin boost and beef collagen. The chocolate fudge brownie is to die for! I just ordered the Peri-MD supplement and looking foward to seeing if it can help with fatigue in 2 hour long weight lifting sessions and recover. Highly recommend! Carmell
