True Classic Tracking Order Status

So I was sent a replacement shirt after sending pics of an issue with one of my brand new ones came apart at a seam. I reached out then sent in a picture of issue and was sent a replacement right away! I have no reason to shop anywhere else for now on! Thank you FCT!

Even when there was a problem, TC made it easy to ask questions and promptly responded.

I received a pair of shorts that I really liked, but were a size too big. The return and exchange process was so simple and easy, I was able to bring the shorts to a UPS store, no box needed - scanned the QR code and had it all wrapped up in a few minutes. I immediately got the notification the return was accepted and the exchange was shipped shortly after!

The T-shurts I had ordered fit me perfectly. I did not like the feel of a polo shirt I ordered but True Classics was very helpful and refunded my money.

T-shirts are a really nice fit and good quality. I needed to return an item due to size and the process was surprisingly quick and easy.
