Triwa Tracking Order Status

Vi har både solbriller og ure derfra. Vi har kun gode oplevelser også med reklamation. Fem stjerner hvis ikke det havde været nødvendigt med en reklamation.

My husband got a Triwa watch about 5 years ago for our wedding, he absolutely loves it. Everyone always comments on it when he wears it too! Not long ago we had an issue with face movement, I feel like this was due to unfortunate change of battery (that was first battery change in 5 years- really impressive!). I have contacted TRIWA and I could not be me more grateful for help I have received from Josefin. Brexit has not made it easy but Josefin was always doing her absolutely best to help with super quick responses to my emails. There was a small fee to pay as it passed it's two years guarantee but I can't really fault this watch. Also worth of mentioning that we have only replaced strap few months ago after 5 years! Great watch, amazing customer service. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Triwa Team!! If I could I would easly give 10 stars!

Looks great but lacks quality. I use this watch very occasionally and look after it but any time it needs a battery change it falls apart. First time, hands fell off and glass cracked with no excessive force, second time hands fell off again... Ridiculous.

Seriöst, snabbt och trevligt bemötande. Jag har skickat in min klocka för en reparation och fick tillbaka den fixad, till och med fler åtgärder som jag inte hade räknat med helt gratis. Man blir så himla glad tack! Mehmet

Övergripande väldigt nöjd kund. Litet minus på leveransen som tog lite tid. Tack för bra kundupplevelse med snabbt och trevligt bemötande. Väldigt nöjd över min nya klocka Power gold!
