Tribute Tracking Order Status

Very frustrating customer service experience. They completely gave me the wrong information and made it a frustrating experience when I paid over $300 for the service. I am only giving them the 2nd star in hopes that they will right their wrong.

I read the reviews for Tribute. I decided to take the time to counter those that were not raving about their service. This is the 2nd time they have managed my tribute videos and the results have been top-notch. Concierge was my choice because of my lack of technology. The staff responded in a timely matter to any and all questions. If there was a scale of 1 to 10, they would get a 15 by me. Seriously, be grateful for what they make possible.

Making video was great and they were helpful. I’m giving 2 stars because after paying $80 Cdn for shipping for a small package from the US ( which is ridiculous) it was supposed to include taxes and duties and now they want another $30. It’s almost 2 weeks and still no delivery and no supervisor to communicate with. Epic fail.

The Customer Service was something you can't beat. The way the communication worked from start to finish was an unbelievable experience.

Creating a tribute was so easy. The UI interface is simple. Importing contacts was a breeze. Loved the automatic email and reminders that were sent out. The chat feature was great. I was able to ask any questions and chatted with a real person very quickly. Highly recommend this site for creating amazing keepsakes.
