Triads UK Tracking Order Status

Had to return the trainers as they don't stock half sizes. Qr code provided says royal mail. Customer service misled me so I had to go to post office, then to royal mail as no one seems to know how to return the item. It is not working neither of them. The guy on the phone was so stressed / busy that basically told me that he's going to disconnect me because got another call. Ended buying my own postage.

Nightmare service just an email saying it's not been sent but happy to take just shy of £180 out of my Paypal. Now opening up a dispute after nobody on the end of the phone on the internet sales, useless shop staff saying the refund is on the way and no follow up and no reply to emails or phone calls. No explanation and after reading comments below from Triads no remorse will come if you want the emails from yourself where you haven't replied and the phone call logs you don't answer then ask away at least I'll deliver which is more than yourselves. Update: thanks for the refund after the mess about so I can't complain too much, only human I suppose! 2 stars 🌟
