Trespass Tracking Order Status

We had a problem with the order, but the Company was quick to rectify this and were efficient and friendly. The folding chair we purchased is very comfortable and even though the chair is padded, it folds away flat making it perfect to store in a small space. Many thanks!

Trespass, I have bought from you in the past and would like to do so again, but I'd appreciate your emails a LOT more if you could sort out the search function. I filter by size, as I'm sure most do, but it still shows everything. Maybe they were available in my size but are out of stock? I don't know, but I do know you've lost my custom until you sort it out. Cheers.

I purchased a pair of Magellan walking shoes for walking the dog. The main reason I bought them was their waterproof claim. I can say they a comfortable and sizing was good but they ARE NOT waterproof. Wet grass is enough to leave me with soaking wet feet. I have to say that Trespass's claims of waterproof garments isn't necessarily the case. My wife also bought a 'waterproof' coat which claimed a 5000mm head of waterproofness, however the seams aren't taped and it leaked like a sieve in light rain. In store we were told the fabric is waterproof but the coat wasn't!!! Be warned Trespass claims are not true.
