Trek Tracking Order Status

I find that a large percentage of negative reviews on this site are based on bad experiences with a dealer. If you buy from a directly owned Trek store you will not have these negative experiences and I can assure you that your experience will be positive! The bikes are excellent, the service departments are brilliant and the customer service and hospitality are out of this world! If you have a problem, no matter how small, it will be sorted out fairly and with a freindly attitude!

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I am now on my third Trek bike having bought my first in 2004. The beginning of the year I came off my Domane 5.9 and broke my femur and it rather messed with my head. Every year, we ride the strade bianche in the Autumn but this year I was feeling nervous as my 2016 Domane can only take 28 mm and even then it is very close. I looked around to see if I could find a rim brake frame (I have some nice wheels) with better clearance and I found the 2024 Domane Gen 2 with direct mount brakes could, apparently, take 38 mm. I bought it, but after 3 sets of gradually diminishing tyres realised it couldn't. I contacted Trek who admitted they had made a mistake and then promptly gave me a disc brake Domane frame with a set of wheels as goodwill. Blimey, I was flabbergasted, and I have been meaning to post this and say a big thank you to Trek Bikes for their generosity. I am an ultra distance cyclist and will be looking to do a short YouTube video of LEL 2025 (my third time) on my 'new' and great Trek Domane.

Modelnavnene er forvirrende, der er mange der ligner hinanden. Når man klikker på en model med f.eks. en tilbudspris, ser man pludselig et lidt andet modelnavn (og ikke længere tilbudsprisen). Samme ting sker når man klikker på "find butik". Eksempel: Udsalgspris 5.399, opr. pris 7.199, klik på modellen - tilbudsprisen er nu væk. Jeg ville faktisk ikke engang købe online, blot orientere mig og sammenligne. Det er godt at man kan se hvor en model er på lager, men ikke at man så ikke ved om den model også er på tilbud i dén butik.

Trek bikes did a fantastic job repairing my bike. Dani was very knowledgeable and kind. They made my bike look and ride like it is brand new. Thank you

5 stars of absolute tripe. I looked into buying the new Madone at the end of 2023. I rang the trek store at Shrewsbury. Absolutely awful staff member didn’t believe I was going to buy the new Madone project 1 and threatened to cancel my order ! Then there was a dispute with the frame sizing as my bike fitter had a different jig to the one they used there. I had to take my bike there and show them. Then they wanted to charge me £120 for being right and buying a £13000 bike ! So I went to sigma sports. Fantastic customer service. Could t have asked to be treated better. Got the bike and love it. Got it wrapped to protect the paint work ( plasma grey) only to be told that there was a possible stress fracture on the frame. Trek looked into this. Offered me a full refund or the new model. As the Madone I had just bought not 3 weeks after receiving it. They discontinued the model! So no offers of a price reduction. Or any compensation at all. Take the money or the new bike and that’s that. I had to chase my refund which took 7 weeks. The to top it all off the were short by £200 and tied to tell me that I only paid £12800 when I have all the receipts!! To say I am absolutely outraged but the whole experience with trek is an understatement! The bike was absolutely brilliant but the experience was just terrible. I would advise anyone to not separate with your money with trek. Absolutely terrible company. I’m not normally a person that would go to all this trouble of making a point this bad. But it been just awful. I hope that no one else gets the same treatment.
