Have used a couple of times but the first time i have made a claim their claims handling company are useless as they don't answer their phone so wont use again. A further few weeks has gone by and a claim they agreed to still has not been paid, nobody answers the phone. Eventually the managing director got involved and the claim has finally been paid.

Submitted a claim by email on 22nd January, and got automatic response. Phone again 2 weeks later to be told could take up to 6 weeks, but should be sooner. Called again today, on phone for a total of 43 minutes, to be told something along the lines that it had been overlooked. It was sent to the claims department being marked as priority. I could really do with my money back. We shall see. Renewal due soon, no chance of going with them again. Like other posters you have to contact another company, but they are brokers and I understand that.

This insurance company is very very Dodgy. First of all, they ask you to submit the claim to some other third party company called csal.co.uk. After having submitted, all my info including my tickets, my travel accommodation details , my insurance policy and even my bank details.. they didn't respond for 4 days , when I called them and finally got through to their customer service, they said they will take upto 31 working days to respond. I don't think insurance works this way. Thankfully mine is not a medical emergency, if I had a medical emergency and they responded this way I would be doomed. They seem to have a lot of fake good reviews on reviews.co.uk and they proudly advertise that on their website. I don't know how this company is FCA regulated. They seem like sham company to me. My claim is still under processing but I have already lost hopes with this sham company.

Unlike other recent reviews, I have no complaints at all. I had to cancel at very short notice due to illness and my claim was paid in full. It took some time, but I was warned that it would and there was an excess to write off but we knew that when we took out the policy. All in all, very happy with the service and would use them again without hesitation.

I wish I had read these Trustpilot reviews before taking out a policy with these cowboys. I had to cancel a trip because of a family emergency. I was able to get most of cost of trip back because of the very understanding travel agency, but my flights were paid for separately. I was only needing to be recompensed for cancelled flights. They never even acknowledged my claim. I was too busy dealing with family crisis to follow up until some time later and they have failed to communicate with me. They should not be allowed to operate. Their business is a sham. I think they possibly trade off the good reviews of another company with a similar name although I cannot be sure. It is inexplicable and very disappointing.
