Travelsphere Tracking Order Status

We have recently returned from The Epic Wonders of The National Parks and are so disappointed with our trip.The brochure says Lots of experience,Tour guides are very knowledgeable and competent. Our guide was hopeless and had never been on this tour before as she lived on the east coast of America.Hours and hours on a coach with no information,missed so much in Yellowstone where we spent two nights only to drive to Jackson hole for lunch ,3/4 hours there and then the same coming back. Should have gone to the paint pots and waterfall.All in all we missed so much and spent two much time going backwards and forwards.Most breakfasts we’re on plastic plates and used plastic cutlery.We have been with lots of the other tour companies and now feel this was a big expensive mistake and travelspere has said they are sorry the guide didn’t know what she was doing!!!How does that help us !!!

An absolutely wonderful holiday. Simona and Yoshi were a fantastic double act. Simona especially making sure I was ok as I was travelling alone. Japan is an incredibly beautiful place to visit. There is never enough time to see everything. I really did not want to come home, and hope to go again some time.

We returned recently from Andalucia and were very thoroughly enjoyed the included tours of Cordoba, Seville and Granada although the Tapas lunch in Seville could be missed to leave time to see a bit more of this beautiful city. The addition trip to Ronda was incredible and I would highly recommend this visit. Andy, our tour manager, was very helpful and shared his vast knowledge of the area which helped to pass the time on the long coach journeys. The hotel in Mijas was lovely and having two days to relax by the pool was very welcome. This was our third tour with Travelsphere and it truly lived up to our expectations, thank you.

The tour guide was amazing and the whole trip unbelievable The only downside was the cost of the river Jordan trip which lasted for an hour and was £83 each

Excellent tour director. Pleasant hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent driver for the mountainous conditions.
