TransUnion CA Tracking Order Status

tried to file a dispute online only to get an error page which keeps sending me back to the start. tried over the phone - waited over an hour only to have someone with incredibly poor english transfer me yet again, and then hang up. SOMEONE PLEASE START A CLASS ACTION SUIT against these crooks. I cannot believe this level of negligence and incompetence is happening here in Canada in this century.

Took me forever. to get them to correct my score. They finally removed what was affecting my score after 13 mths. However it didn't change anything. I was able to identify where the negative mark was coming from as it wasn't on their customer disclosure. My score was 693, now it's 443. From the account summary the only outstanding bill is for 361$. So how did I drop that much. If they have this much control over my life they should be able to have clear and reasonable answers to an effort can be made for whoever needs to fix mistakes.

Incorrect credit card balance information listed. Filed a dispute. Issues not corrected and now I find more errors. I was mailed a very generic report that did not address the questions I asked. Voice recognition system gets you stuck in a loop or does not recognize answers but provides a statement that has no meaning. Long wait times each time I have called on multiple occasions over different months- "longer than average...blah blah blah" Mis-transfered and disconnected. Have to go back to the start of a 38 minute line again for customer support. Yet another time consuming and frustrating experience. Never hear anything back from them even if you submit feedback

I'm starting a new profile to learn about my score and dispute it. There's only one single place on this entire site where it tells you how much it costs. It is right at the sign up page where you're filling your information, and it's designed in a way that makes it look like a Google ad so that you completely miss it. After this point, you'll never know how much they're going to bill you. Even when putting your credit card info to get your report, it doesn't tell you anything the expense. It just says purchase now. No pricing at all! Transparency on this site is terrible. After trying to understand what's going on, I'm reading here that it's impossible to cancel my subscription. Oh I'm going to cancel it TODAY!

Not a very good experience. Website look nice and pretty but once you buy their credit report its hard to cancel and its recurring payment. They also keep data on file much longer then allowed by law. They do reply my mail that's why I raised 1 star
