I cannot easily trace previous transactions. There is no easy way to get online help or talk to an actual person.

Muitíssimo interessante, salvou minha vida na Europa. Só não é melhor, porque vim ao Brasil e não consigo usar aqui. Más me salva a vida mesmo. Parabéns ao verdinho

I regularly have problems with this app pausing payments without telling me, needing me to tell them for the millionth time why I am using the app, and taking a week to send a payment. I hate using it and will eventually migrate over to doing wires through my Chase account because of this.

The support is understanding, but useless. Irritating the all time reccurent validation, before fast transfer. On the new money transfer the machine think this is a fraud, and try to stopping the transfer. And nowdays expensive, cheaper than a normal bank transfer for me!
