Trainline Tracking Order Status

C'est un site plutôt ergonomique seulement il est agaçant que les prix augmentent, parfois jusqu'à 40% d'une session à l'autre ou quand cela fait quelques minutes que nous sommes sur le site. Le marketing c'est bien mais faut pas abuser :)

All good, apart from the slowness in trying to input a new payment card on my booking. It took me about 2 hours to get the website to change my card details!

I usually book through Virgin tickets as I collect the points/air miles but on this occasion when our train was cancelled at short notice trainline listed the replacement service half an hour later while Virgin simply reported our train cancelled and no mention of that alternative. So full marks to trainline. If you offered Virgin points I'd book through you again as I used to.

I had to change the time of my train shortly after booking and it proved to be extremely straightforward - contrary to my expectations !
