Trademark Engine, LLC Tracking Order Status

Used Trademark engine to file my trademark. After, the was a response required due to similarities. I paid $149 for their service to response, and they wrote back saying they can't do it. I requested a refund which they refuse to do without me calling them. Shame on them, company I thought was good but after this would steer clear and not use this company for trademarks.

Customer support was awesome. I worked with Kath 507 who helped me locate my order and resolved my issue quickly. So far the process with registering a trademark with Trademark Engine is fairly straightforward although I haven't completed the registration just yet.

Update: they removed the fee over chat. Pump to 3 stars. Well, I was hit by the common $99/quarter monitoring service today. It was a misleading hidden fee and they do not provide option to cancel online. This is a terrible tactic from a company supposedly created to help small business. The price is low but whats the point when they trick you to use these useless services. DO NOT give them your hard earned money
