I bought a pair of Golden X1's. At first they worked fine, but after a few months the right earbud emitted some weird noise (like white noise) every time ANC was on. I emailed Tozo, and at first they offered a 20% refund as well as keeping the faulty product, but after negotiating, they gave me a new pair, and let me keep the old ones. My only complaint is the shipping time, which was about 2 weeks to Ireland from China. Overall, good experience. The X1's sound amazing, and the fit and ANC are great too

Bought the Gold X1 and the NC9. Love the X1 but afraid to leave the house with them. The sound is amazing and so is the fit. I can sleep on my side and don’t even feel them. Bought the less expensive NC9 for outdoor. Same great sound but not all the bells and whistles found in X1. The rechargeable cases are awesome and require no cables if you have a Qi charging pad. Both cases hold week long charges keeping earbuds full and ready to go. No more Apple sticks hanging from your ears. Great products, great prices from a U.S. based company.

The product is excellent. I LOVED the T6 but unfortunately misplaced the charge case. I placed an order on the 12th of June in $$. I ordered 2 cases. At no point on the website did I see it mention the product would be coming from China and they would be using snail mail, Yanwen. A month and 5 days later, 17/07/23 the product has still not arrived- at the Costa Rican address. I have now left where I was holidaying and returned home to the UK. I messaged the company and asked them to make a return to sender request as I have no plans to Costa Rica and send me a pair in the UK or at least discount a new order. They refused. As much as I love the product, my experience of their customer service is somewhat woeful. I may yet buy another pair but only after confirming the product’s location and delivery period.

I had a fantastic customer experience with Tozo when I lost one of my earbuds. I contacted the company to enquire about whether I could order a single replacement for the missing earbud and they sent me a brand new pair. Very much appreciated! Plus the NC2 earbuds offer great sound quality and noise cancellation so I'm very pleased to have a full set again.

I have a new Samsung Galaxy Tablet and I bought the Tozo T9 black earbuds to go with it. They are reasonably priced and seem to be high quality and well made. They are water resistant, (ipx7) to sweat, snow, rain, splasheds, things like that. One of the important features to me is that you can use them separately. Earbuds being small have a short battery life. 4-5 hours being typical, these claim 8hrs at 60% volume, we shall have to see! Since they can be used independently used, I can use one and when it runs out of power I can switch to the other and then back again. Since I mostly listen to podcasts and not music this is a very useful feature for me. These earbuds use touch so there are no tiny switches to break or fail. Of course touch can lead to accidently changing settings when you don't mean to but I feel that overall touch is the better (ymmv). I like that almost all commands can be given on either earbud. Only volume and voice assistant/noise cancellation are bud dependant and volume can be done on the phone so no problems there. Lastly these earbud support universal wireless charging even though it is not mentioned in the directions. This is a nice feature as no cables are required. You do need a wireless charger but that works for any wireless charged device that follows the standard. All in all these are 5-star, recommended, would buy again.
