Toymate Tracking Order Status

Not bad, I got a better deal through them than anywhere else. The staff was pleasant, and the kids loved the store.

Website really buggy and took me ages to order. 2 days after ordering they emailed saying the item was out of stock and cancelling that item. They continued to send the small ancillary item I ordered at the same time which cost me 8 dollars to have delivered. Tried to use the contact us form on the website and just bug's out.

Just preordered my second item from Toy Mate. Where other shops delayed the same item and been generally unhelpful. Toy Mate was been right on time. Hope that continues. If so I'll always get my stuff through them.
