Excellent item exactly as described . Contacted them via email to request a speedy service due to being for a gift , immediate response although saying they cannot guarantee this due to being personalised etc I got my items exactly on time to the day . Very happy with customer service and my items

I ordered a onesie and soon realised I had ordered it with blue eyes and not brown. So I emailed customer support and was in contact with Marvin, explained my situation and it was all resolved in a couple of hours. Marvin was so helpful and I'm truly grateful to this company they were brilliant. 5⭐️

I ordered a medium sized personalised suitcase for my daughter for our holiday, on the 28th of March with a dispatch date on the 8th of April. Its not a cheap item, and were told that we'd have email updates. when I didn't hear anything by 12th of April I got worried I'd been scammed somehow - I filled in the form to enquire and recieved a response that it would be 2-3 days until distribution, which I wasn't hugely confident but accepted. Today without further notice I recieved the suitcase and it's perfect, looks exactly as input for the personalisation and a good quality bag. My reason for the 4 stars is the communication - I would have not been worried if they gave a more accurate time frame, kept up dated, had tracking at what place the order was in. I assume if these things were better they'd also have less customers contacting them in a panic, multiple times (which they are insinuating to when they say please only send 1 email until we respond). It was late, but I'd have felt better if I was being auto-informed or could self serve to track. So lovely product, daughter is thrilled, advice is if you want to grow, improve your SLA's and communication
