TOUS Tracking Order Status

Received the jewelry on time, good quality. I bought some earrings airpod holder, and glasses chain. The packaging/boxes could be a bit more premium but other than that the products are lovely.

I bought this shopper bag in pale pink with removable/exchangable pouch, after some time the bottom started to detach..I went to a Polish store in Poznan, where I had bought it and filled a complaint form..apparently Poznan sent it back to Spain for evaluation, the company refused to fix it.. How come an expensive bag falls apart as it should serve for at least few years.. Company did not take any responsibility. I am dissapointend...not to mention as a loyal customer I had bought different kinds of jewelery and a few bags in the past ..

What a disgusting see Tous online presentations with that weird sexuality…

I have been buying Tous jewellery for probably 30 years, first from the London boutique, then all the boutiques closed down (except in Spain, where the stuff comes from). The stuff was very good back then. I continue buying from the online shop, because I love teddy bears, I have a huge collection of Tous items but I have known for years that the pictures do not match what you actually receive (false advertising). On some pictures with a model, the piece is bigger than what you receive and all the pictures are zoomed in. One of the items I bought came in two sizes, I bought and paid for the bigger of the 2 sizes but when I received it I was sure it was the smaller one because I don't see how they could have done a smaller one than that, and that was 1350euros, although paid 30% less as it was reduced. For most of the items there is no size, we can't even prove anything. Chains are pretty flimsy, earrings have a very bad closing system, and have lost several ones now. SAV is non existent

It has very good packaging service, everything looks very nice. shipping is fast. I loved.
