Totally Promotional Tracking Order Status

Product was received on time but was pitiful as far as quality of the print. The printed area was so tiny that you couldn’t read the logo and the print was rubbed off or missing on most. Customer service said they passed quality control so no refund was available. They offered a 15% discount on a future order. Not likely that would be a wise future purchase. Embarrassed to hand these out ( footballs) even to kids. Nearly $400 down the drain.

I have lost count of the number of times I have ordered from them. No complaints. Good products. Quality items. Haven't had any delays in receipt.

Needed a printed table runner for a tradeshow - needed it within 5 business days - wasn't sure if they'd be able to do it in time - or what the quality would be like. It arrived yesterday morning, exactly the time frame they promised - and it looks INCREDIBLE! It came in a really nice carrying bag too - quality is superb. I am SO impressed!
