Torpedo7 Tracking Order Status

Ordered an item for click and collect on the 08th Dec, and it was ready to collect from Mt Wellington on the 11th Dec. When I went in the staff helped me straight away and I even ended up purchasing something else while there.

I was really hesitant to place an order with Torpedo7 again after their crash and burn in 2023/early 2024. However, they had the hiking boots I was after on sale, so I decided to hedge my bets and give them another try under the new ownership. I placed my order early this morning and half an hour later I was notified that my order had been dispatched! There was an issue with tracking which I sent off an email about and received a response and resolution a short time later. My package has already been picked up from Torpedo7 and is with the courier. I am happy and VERY relieved, Torpedo7 seems to have turned around from their previous troubles. Long may it continue!

I got great bargains and no problem returning to local store is something was wrong. I think they lost some bike hooks and I never got a credit but I can't complain. Best bargain was Nordica speed machine 100 ski boots for $190 last pair in my size fit perfectly. Now none of the end of line stuff is available online, so I don't think anyone outside Chch will get a bargain... But I got some, back in the day... They don't need my money anymore. Goodluck. I got sick of getting emails but the best sale items are in store. Seen it dozens of time and just feel gaslit now. Cbf.

Purchased a new gym rack. When opened it was obviously used and also missing a large metal leg so my “new” rack is totally unusable. Told me it was an issue with the warranty which is an absolute joke, it’s a used item not properly repackaged and with missing parts, it’s torpedo 7 issue with processing returns. They have no idea who long it will take to replace my rack after talking with reps. Edit: Torpedo7 replaced the items I purchased with a new set. The rack is great, the purchasing experience could be improved.
