Topps Tracking Order Status

Ordered a week ago - only delivered 1 / 3 parts. Hear nothing back from them after one week of calling, emailing and messaging. Eventually the other 2 parts arrive a week later. Topps really need to improve their email comms around delivery times and when parts of your order are out for delivery.

I placed my order prior to reading the reviews but it’s safe to say Topps provided a good service. Dispatched quickly and delivered without any issues. I would potentially recommend some improvements to the site which seems a bit buggy at some places but that may be a consequence of my internet service. All in all a very good experience, will be ordering again.

Very surprised at the bad reviews about the customer service. They were very helpful to me and my order arrived ahead of schedule

I was a bit suspicious reading the previous comments because I didn't check this before ordering the items but I can tell all the items I ordered and payed for arrived in a week. Thank you.
