Great experience The agent that was helping me was very friendly patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable like an old friend.

My requests were responded to in a very timely manner and also accurate quotes for my parts needed to get my champion truck mobility scooter up and going again. My parts showed on day they were said to arrive! I'm very satisfied with this transaction and the staff of costumer service thank you !!

I put in a request for a Gatsby X scooter that was out of stock. When it came in, I was pleased to receive a call from Judie Brislin to inform me mine was waiting for me. 8 days later it was delivered and I could not be more pleased. That said, I would like to have a better relationship with your parts department. I ordered a part from a third party that got the part shipped from Top Mobility.

Have had occasion to talk with Tyler and Jeremy in Parts. Both have been both knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

I received my scooter and had a difficult time opening it because a piece was jammed and over extended making it impossible..a tech was suppose to call me back..never did.. left several messages with no response to salesperson. I finally got the situation corrected and the chair is working fine now but a little guidance would have gone a long way (and it wasn't operator error since numerous people tried to resolve the issue)
