Toolstation Tracking Order Status

Firstly I like Toostation. This recent order like some previously is not handled anywhere nearly as slick as Screwfix do. Placed order online and did not get SMS or email to confirm order was ready for collection. I went to the store after about an hour after the order was placed. It feels like an understaffing issue as well as a training issue. I received the email and SMS only after item had been collected. I think training is probably a bigger issue than understaffing.

Easy to get what I needed. I ordered online for a repeat item, got a list of local locations with stock and ordered and paid. Very quick email confirmation and items were ready when I turned up to pick them up.

Looked for a floorboard lifter to save my back when lifting so many boards. Was surprised to find that Toolstation stocked one (in two sizes) but Screwfix didn’t. Ordered on a weekend and delivered on Monday. Excellent service - and very pleased with purchase - from Toolstation. Will use again.

The tool, a set of box spanners, were quickly raised from stock and were ready and waiting to be handed to me on my arrival by friendly helpful staff.

Tool Station is becoming my go to place for all my diy projects well stocked great pleasant helpful staff.
